Week Two Re-Cap
Week 2 was a strong one. I completed all the workouts and started sleeping more soundly. Evidently, I even slept through a 4.3 earthquake on Wednesday morning. Noelle and Keith are both working on my skewer position in the water, which needs a lot of work but is slowly improving. The 2 extra pounds of weight I gained out of nowhere is off again and I can honestly feel a difference. I'm back to my 114, give or take a half-pound. It's evident the role sleep and nutrition play and the importance of staying VERY consistent. It has to be a routine. It was nice this past saturday to rest a bit on Saturday morning and hit the pool and treadmill in the afternoon now that the bike is on sunday. It's a long week by Saturday because we're faced with our longest workouts on the weekend, it's only 2 days into the training week but the end of what's always a long work week. I'm figuring it all out, though, and clearing the clutter does help.
